Pie & Pint Tasting Evening
Wednesday, 29 February
Come along and try a selection of interesting ales and beers to accompany one of the delicious homemade pies available on the evening. Selection of six ales and beers to taste. Choose your favourite to accompany your pie. £12 per person (including pie).
The selection of ales and beers for the evening, have been chosen from a recent trip to local breweries, by one of our staff members, Ed Blacklock. (Read 'Ed's Ale Odyssey.)

Creative Cake Decorating Workshop
Tuesday, 6 March: 10:00am to 3:00pm
Coffee on arrival, 2 course lunch, and of course, your beautifully decorated cake to take home - £47.50 per person
Learn how to work with fondant icing, florist paste and food colouring to create beautiful (yet edible) colour palettes, and subtle but enchanting designs. Make gorgeous life-like roses and a variety of striking flowers, using a selection of tools, cutters and techniques. Finally, decorate your delicious Mini Fruit Cake with your hand-made flowers, pack it in its own little box to take home (suitable as a Mother's Day gift!). Champion Day - The famous roar as the tapes rise for the first race on Tuesday signals the moment when the 12 month wait is over and racing’s favourite fixture is back.

Ladies Day - giving you an opportunity to have some fun with our Ladies Day fashion awards.
15 March:
St Patrick's Thursday - A real Irish flavour, celebrate St Patrick’s Day a couple of days early! The racing is as competitive as ever, with Big Buck’s attempting to win the Ladbrokes World Hurdle for an unprecedented fourth year in a row.
16 March:
Gold Cup Day - The climax of the entire Jump racing season is The Betfred Cheltenham Gold Cup, the highlight of arguably the best day’s racing of the year, with an atmosphere to match.

St Patrick's Day or Rugby Day?

Celebrate St Patrick's Day, whilst watching three Six Nations Rugby matches, and for every three pints of Peroni or Guinness purchased, we'll pour the *fourth one free!
