The weather has been good for us, and many a day the terrace has been full with food and Sun worshippers. Long may it last!

I once again wish to share some good news with you all.  Yesterday I was proud to receive the Good Pub Guide award for “Gloucestershire Dining Pub Of The Year 2014”. A testament to all the hard work from my team.

The summer has been long and tiring for all the team, but we now look forward to our next season.

You may wish to participate in one of our upcoming events?

Kuba has created a Caribbean Menu, to be served on the terrace (weather permitting). Join us in “Jammin” with our steel band.
Following this, on the 2nd of October, we are hosting a New Zealand wine tasting dinner with Seresin Vineyard. Places are limited, so I urge you to book early!

Caribbean Supper

Wednesday, 11th September

Join us for a Caribbean Buffet, with Rum Punches and live Calypso music to see out Summer in style (to be held on our terrace, weather permitting!). Of course we'd love to see you in your flowery shirts just one more time before the Autumn!

£20 per person

Wine Tasting by Seresin

Wednesday, 2nd October

We will be hosting a five-course tasting dinner with wine accompaniment from Seresin Vineyard, Marlborough, New Zealand. (View menu and more details online.)
